Why is it not progressing?

One of the main reasons why it may not be progressing is because the "Like" button on the post is set to private. 

Even though the account holder may be able to see the button, it may not be visible to third parties. 

As a result, we are unable to press the "Like" button and cannot proceed. 

We will continue with the process when you contact us after reconfiguring it on Facebook or post settings.
